Elevate Your Palate

Tonight we are exploring some of the Wagner Family of Wine.  Peter Lindenlaub, Canadian Division Manager for Caymus Vineyards and the Wagner Family of Wine is presenting 5 great wtoning paired with a plated presentation from the Ramada Plaza & Conference Centre. Jonathan Stewart, Head Chef of the Ramada Plaza & Conference Centre has tried each wine and has paired them with a sample food pairing.

Starting off with the Belle Glos Meiomi Pinot Noir which just receive 92 points from Wine Spectator.
